Role Overview:
As a Home Health Aide at BrightStar Care of W. Volusia, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized in-home care to clients in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our nursing team and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients, contributing significantly to their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring their comfort and security.

Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to the nursing team.

Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the client's care plan development.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide certification.

Previous experience in home care or a similar setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various situations.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience working with elderly or dementia patients.

Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position that may include shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Jacksonville, Florida.
