Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team as our two year old teacher. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, provide individualized instruction, and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each child.
Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide early intervention support for students who may require additional assistance
- Foster a love for learning through creative teaching techniques and hands-on activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Lead the classroom showing Christian values
Requirements:
- Early Literacy Training Certificate
- CDA/FCCPC/Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (Preferred but not required)
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
