We are seeking a competent and reliable Truck driver to to serve as an integral part of a carpentry team in the execution of exciting and diverse projects in and around Baltimore.
The Construction Laborer / Driver is responsible for supporting daily construction operations while safely transporting materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. This role requires experience towing storage trailers and dump trailers, along with the ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
What you bring:
- Safely operate company vehicles (pickup trucks, construction van, or similar vehicles).
- Tow and maneuver storage trailers and dump trailers in various site conditions (urban, highway, and job site environments).
- Load, secure, transport, and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle and trailer inspections.
- Maintain proper load securement in compliance with DOT and company safety requirements.
- Assist with trailer hookup, setup, and positioning on job sites.
- Perform general labor tasks including: Material handling and site cleanup, assisting skilled trades (carpenters, operators, etc.), loading/unloading tools and supplies, basic demolition and site preparation
- Set up and break down job sites, including fencing, signage, and temporary structures.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Ability to work with tools, lumber and other materials.
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Operate small equipment, including Various electric & pneumatic power tools, and generators.
- Support dumping operations using dump trailers safely
