Mid-Cities Medical is seeking a Human Resources Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to our growing Human Resources Department. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining employee records, personnel files, and compliance documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Assisting with onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, orientations, and new hire paperwork

Supporting recruiting efforts through job postings, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.

Administering Paylocity workflows, employee records, training assignments, compliance audits, and reporting.

Preparing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and HR documentation.

Maintaining SharePoint sites, HR inboxes, document libraries, and records retention systems.

Assisting with employee relations documentation, audits, policy administration, and special projects.
Shift:
8a-5pm (On-Site)

High school diploma required; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

At least one year of administrative, clerical, office support, or customer service experience preferred.

Prior HR, recruiting, onboarding, healthcare administration, or HRIS experience strongly preferred.

Experience with Paylocity, Brightree, healthcare operations, or multi-location environments is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
