The Role:
We are looking for a leader who can run a kitchen like a business. You will own kitchen operations, food quality, systems, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency and speed
- Manage food cost and labor
- Build prep systems and inventory controls
- Train and develop team
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations
- Maintain inspection readiness at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years kitchen leadership experience
- Strong Cuban or Latin cuisine background
- Proven ability to manage costs and systems
- Strong leadership and organization
Growth Opportunity:
Path to Executive Chef and Director of Culinary as the brand scales.
