Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista and Front of House Associate to join our growing team. You will be the face of our bakery—greeting neighbors, crafting exceptional espresso beverages, keeping our pastry cases looking beautiful, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting with pastry/bread selections.
- Dial in, pull shots, and steam milk to craft high-quality espresso drinks to bakery standards.
- Maintain a pristine, well-stocked, and visually appealing display case throughout the day.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and manage phone-in orders.
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and sanitized (counters, tables, condiment stations, and floors).
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of barista or specialty coffee experience preferred, but a stellar attitude and passion for customer service can win us over.
- Availability: Must be reliable and available to work mornings, Sunday shifts.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a team-first mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for an 8-hour shift, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
