Fairfield Inn & Suites Midvale and Staybridge Suites Midvale are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Dual Property Director of Sales to lead sales efforts across two well-established hotels in the Midvale market. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and creating strategic sales initiatives that drive occupancy, revenue, and market share across multiple properties.
As the Dual Property Director of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies for both the Fairfield Inn & Suites and Staybridge Suites, representing two complementary brands and positioning each property to capture the right mix of corporate, group, extended-stay, leisure, and local business. Working closely with General Managers, property leadership, and regional support teams, you'll have a direct impact on the success and growth of both hotels.

What You'll Do
-
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for both Midvale properties to achieve occupancy, revenue, and market share goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, government, leisure, sports, construction, relocation, and extended-stay segments.

Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key accounts, meeting planners, local businesses, community organizations, and industry partners.

Conduct consistent outside sales calls, property visits, networking activities, and client meetings throughout the local market.

Actively sell guest rooms, group accommodations, extended-stay opportunities, meeting space, and other hotel services across both properties.

Develop annual marketing plans and quarterly sales action plans tailored to the unique positioning and business mix of each hotel.

Research market trends, demand generators, competitive activity, and local events to identify opportunities for increased revenue.

Monitor booking patterns, seasonal demand, group pace, local events, and market conditions to maximize sales opportunities across both properties.

Develop and recommend group pricing strategies and establish appropriate rate parameters in partnership with hotel leadership and revenue management.

Prepare proposals, contracts, room block agreements, sales correspondence, and other materials for prospective and existing clients.

Maintain accurate sales activity records, account information, production reports, and forecasting data.

Manage and optimize third-party internet and distribution accounts to support market share, online visibility, and competitive positioning.

Represent both hotels at community events, networking organizations, trade associations, conferences, and other business-development opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the General Managers, Front Office, Operations, Revenue Management, and other property leaders to ensure sales commitments are accurately communicated and executed.

Maintain strong knowledge of the Fairfield Inn and Staybridge Suites brands, hotel amenities, competitive set, local market, and key demand generators.

Leverage the complementary strengths of both properties to create cross-selling opportunities and maximize total revenue across the dual-property portfolio.
What We're Looking For

Proven hotel sales or hospitality sales experience, preferably with experience supporting multiple properties or markets.

Strong relationship-building, networking, prospecting, and business development skills.

Demonstrated ability to generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.

Strong understanding of corporate, group, leisure, and extended-stay hotel sales.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across two properties.

Experience developing sales plans, forecasting, analyzing production reports, and tracking sales performance.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate data into actionable sales strategies.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.

A proactive, results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to build strong relationships with hotel teams, clients, vendors, and community partners.

Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel throughout the local market as business needs require.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
