Overview:
Our New Account Specialist position is a perfect role for anyone who is detailed oriented and is driven to produce results. This position combines data entry and compliance functions to assist the Firm in opening new brokerage accounts.

Description of Position
This position is perfect for applicants who have the desire to work with a driven and energetic team in a fast-growing firm. The perfect candidate must be a self-starter, be focused to the task at hand, and bring high energy to our team.
Specific Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
· Review and submittal of new account applications
· Filing and administration of Firm accounts
· Assisting with onboarding new Firm projects and lines of business
· Assistance with KYC and compliance tasks
· Generating and building reports
· General support tasks
Hours expected for this position:
7:00am to 4:00pm M-F, with market holidays off and PTO days available.
Requirements and Qualifications of Position
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· High attention to detail/Self Starter
· Data entry proficiency and speed
· Motivated and energetic personality
· Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Prefer (but not required)
- Previous experience in the financial field
- Previous experience with CRM software
