Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance using appropriate equipment and products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by following established protocols
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in larger facilities or hotel settings, including restocking supplies and managing janitorial equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, bending, and reaching
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial supplies
- Experience in food preparation or cooking is a nice-to-have but not required
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
