We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Corporate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations with innovation, precision, and excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all food-related activities across multiple dining venues, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences that delight guests and uphold our brand’s reputation for fine dining and casual dining excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape culinary strategy, develop menus, and elevate our food service offerings on a corporate scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all culinary operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service across various departments such as fine dining, catering, and banquet services.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff ( including multiple Sous Chefs) hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain budgetary goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Implement quality control measures for food production, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations during shifts, including food handling, cooking processes, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
- Proven supervising experience in fast-paced kitchen settings with team management responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of dietary requirements and department-specific food handling procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in inventory management, inventory control, and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent skills in food safety practices, kitchen management, food service management, and hospitality standards.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently during shift management while maintaining high-quality standards.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
