What This Looks Like:
- OTR routes covering the East Coast and Midwest
- 3 weeks on, 1 week home — you plan your time, not a dispatcher
- Work directly with your dispatcher as a business partner, not a boss
- Paid orientation and onboarding (Atlanta, GA)
- Take-home pay of $1,300–$2,300/week after expenses — based on miles run and routes selected
- Company-owned trucks operated under established carrier authority — no truck payment, no maintenance costs on you
- 1099 independent contractor position with real tax advantages for business-minded drivers

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug & alcohol screening, and background check
- Strong communication and self-organization skills
