Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new franchise leads through proactive cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage a designated territory by developing comprehensive plans to maximize franchise sales opportunities.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective franchisees, highlighting the benefits of our franchise model.
- Negotiate franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company goals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential franchise partners through CRM software like Salesforce, tracking progress and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract qualified leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding prospects through the franchise onboarding process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Support franchisees post-sale through account management efforts, ensuring their success aligns with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation initiatives effectively.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, closing deals, and upselling within a technical or retail sales context.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations confidently.
- Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute them proactively.
- Experience in territory management, inside sales, or direct sales is highly desirable.
