We're currently looking for a compassionate, dependable Overnight Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes during overnight hours. Schedule
- Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
- Weekend and holiday rotation may be required

What You'll Do
As an Overnight Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Providing overnight supervision to ensure client safety and comfort
- Monitoring changes in a client's physical or emotional condition and communicating concerns to the appropriate clinical team
- Assisting with repositioning, transfers, and comfort measures throughout the night
- Prompting or assisting with medications as directed
- Recording vital signs and documenting care provided
- Performing light housekeeping and household tasks that support the client's health and well-being
- Assisting with mobility, prescribed exercises, and physical therapy activities when appropriate
- Providing companionship through conversation, activities, reading, games, or simply being a reassuring presence
- Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed
- Creating a safe, clean, respectful, and dignified environment for every client

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a healthcare setting
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
