Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education environment. Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom activities that promote early childhood development, including literacy education, social skills, and motor skills.
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management strategies to create a nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized plans for children requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Foster open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on their child's milestones and classroom experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations, safety protocols, and welfare standards while maintaining a clean, organized classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom management experience in early childhood settings, specifically working with toddlers.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention techniques, and literacy education strategies.
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for toddlers using play-based teaching methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children requiring special education or additional support services.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members clearly and positively.
