InfraNet-HR is building a network of independent Channel Partners who have trusted relationships with employers and want to create meaningful recurring economics from the value those relationships can create.
This is not a traditional sales job. You will not be expected to cold call, run product demos, negotiate contracts, implement software, or manage ongoing client delivery.
Your role is to recognize a strong fit, open the relationship, provide context, and stay connected as appropriate. InfraNet handles discovery, solution design, demonstrations, commercial proposals, contracting, implementation, and ongoing service delivery.

The Opportunity
The strongest Channel Partners already have trusted relationships with employer decision-makers and can recognize organizations where employee-event work repeatedly crosses boundaries and depends too heavily on HR to manually hold everything together.
You open the relationship. InfraNet carries the sales and delivery process from there.
First-Year Commission Potential
Approximately $6,000 to $750,000+ per closed client, depending on employer population and eligible population-subscription revenue actually collected.
Year 1 commission ranges from 5% to 50% based on employer population. Continuing compensation is paid in Years 2 and 3 at 50% of the prior year’s applicable rate.
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity. Earnings are not guaranteed. Actual compensation is based on eligible subscription revenue actually collected and the terms of the executed partner agreement.

Experience with operational employers—including manufacturing, logistics, distribution, construction, utilities, food production, transportation, field services, healthcare, hospitality, or retail operations—is valuable.

You communicate clearly, protect the trust you have built with your network, and know when an introduction is worth making.

InfraNet runs discovery, maps the employer’s employee-event journeys, demonstrates the platform, designs the solution, develops the commercial proposal, contracts directly with the employer, implements the platform, and provides ongoing service and operational support.
