We are a company (located in Santa Clara, California) in the electronic device industry, looking for a full time procurement & logistics clerk who is friendly, self-motivated, efficient, detail-minded and organized. Candidates must also have strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions and multi-task. Must have good oral and written English skills. We welcome new college graduates.
Major responsibilities include:
-Coordinating with vendors/forwarders/Fedex/other trucking companies about POs and shipments
-Preparing packages and pallets for shipments (Packing the items, making the shipping labels, scheduling shipments via Fedex, UPS, other trucking companies, etc.)
-Supporting the sales people in preparing shipping & billing documents, backorders/schedule arrangement and other paper work
-Accounts receivable: Sending out invoices, following up with customers who have past due invoices and asking for their payment
-Completing credit checks for new customers
-Filing paperwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
