Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Professional
Cabinet IQ of the Grand Strand is opening a new, locally owned cabinet and countertop showroom, and we’re looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer who also enjoys and excels at sales and client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who knows the local market, enjoys working with both vacation homes and primary residences, and wants to grow with a company.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $140,000 per year (base + commission)

What You’ll Do
- Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
- Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
- Follow up on leads and proposals using an advanced CRM
- Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
- Build relationships with local builders, remodelers, and design professionals through local networking

Your Background & Skills
- 5+ years in kitchen and bath design and sales experience
- Proficiency with 2020 Design Software
- Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, dependable, and motivated
