The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional matters, along with exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research platforms to support case strategy and legal analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, motions, memoranda, agreements, and correspondence.
- Analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical, and strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings as required.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect clients' interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and administrative requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues across various practice areas to develop comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication, sound legal judgment, and responsive service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- Demonstrated experience handling civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional matters.
- Strong legal research capabilities, including proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and other documents effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
