Summary
We’re looking for seasoned cleaning professionals to join our field team. This isn’t an entry-level position — we’re seeking individuals who already have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Housekeeping
- Janitorial cleaning
- Window washing
- Carpet cleaning

- Detail-focused, organized, and able to keep accurate written records (legible handwriting required)
- Excited about the cleaning industry and passionate about making an impact

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cleaning and property maintenance services across various settings
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet company standards
- Maintain professionalism and represent Alston Cleaning positively on every job site
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
- Keep accurate logs and service records
- Contribute to process improvements and team success
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Android or iOS mobile devices
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
