In this fun and engaging role, you will represent the brand in a lively, entertaining way while creating memorable experiences for our customers. As our mascot, you will bring joy and excitement to various events, promotions, and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Guests: Interact with customers, especially children, in a friendly and playful manner. Provide high-fives, photos, and entertainment to create a positive experience.

Appear at Events: Participate in local community events, grand openings, and Chick-fil-A promotions.

Brand Representation: Embody the Chick-fil-A brand values through positive, friendly, and professional interactions.

Promote Chick-fil-A Products: Hand out flyers, promotional items, or samples in a fun and engaging manner, generating excitement for the brand.

Maintain Mascot Costume: Ensure the mascot costume is well-maintained, clean, and in good condition at all times. Work with the team to ensure costume is worn properly.

Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to safety protocols while in costume and during interactions, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of others.

Team Collaboration: Work with restaurant team members to coordinate mascot appearances and integrate into restaurant events.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and Friendly: Must be outgoing, approachable, and love interacting with people of all ages.

Physical Stamina: Ability to wear a mascot costume for extended periods and participate in physical activities such as walking, dancing, and posing for photos.

Positive Attitude: A high-energy, fun, and positive demeanor that can create excitement and spread cheer.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively using body language, gestures, and expressions. Must be comfortable engaging with guests in various settings.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a mascot, performer, or in a customer service role is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to wear and perform in a full-body mascot costume for extended periods.
