Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Renovation Specialist to work on residential renovation and rehab projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who can complete quality renovation work, solve problems in the field, and work efficiently with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential renovation and rehab projects
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and finish work
- Complete kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, hardware, and other finishes
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical work when needed
- Complete punch lists and final project details
- Identify construction issues and recommend solutions
- Communicate clearly with the project manager and renovation team
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Meet company quality standards and project deadlines
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years of renovation, remodeling, or construction experience
- Must have your own basic tools
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a renovation crew
- Ability to complete multiple types of residential construction work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job-site conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
