Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Campus Director to lead our educational institution's campus operations with energy and purpose. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic and operational goals aligned with institutional vision.
- Manage the campus budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial policies.
- Work closely with the Senior Director to lead and supervise staff, administrative personnel, and support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Oversee compliance with specific education laws, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
- Provide instructional team leadership by supporting curriculum development, teaching quality, and student engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate school administrative functions with team such as enrollment management, student services, and facility maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or management within an educational setting.
- Strong background in education administration with a focus on organizational management and personnel oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management within a school or university environment.
- Knowledge of state-specific education laws and accreditation requirements relevant to campus operations.
- Experience in instructional leadership, curriculum oversight, and fostering academic excellence.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
- Preferred school experience that highlights leadership in education settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
