Job Title: Primary Care Clinician

Salary: Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Commensurate with experience.

Position Summary
We are seeking Master’s-level registered associates (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to join our clinical team. Associate clinicians will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist, gaining hands-on experience in assessment, treatment planning, individual counseling, and group therapy within a supportive environment.
This position offers an opportunity to build core clinical skills in mental health and substance use treatment while working in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments (BPS), treatment planning, and clinical summaries
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy (with supervision)
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes in EMR
- Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and families
- Monitor client safety and respond to crises appropriately
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, and trainings
- Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and program standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress)
- BBS registered associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) in good standing
- 2 years’ experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, or family systems is a plus
