Skar Audio is seeking a high-performing Senior Customer Service Associate to play a critical role in managing customer experience operations within our fast-growing e-commerce business. This is not a scripted call center role. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can confidently manage high-volume customer communication, navigate multiple systems with precision, make sound judgment calls on warranty and return matters, and serve as a steady presence within the department. The Senior Customer Service Associate sets the standard for communication quality, efficiency, and policy adherence. This individual must be detail-oriented, highly competent with technology, calm under pressure, and capable of balancing customer satisfaction with operational discipline. This is an on-site position based in Tampa, FL.
About The Role

What you'll be doing
- Manage high-volume inbound customer communications (email and phone)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse operations and leadership teams
- Confidently close sales over the phone and maximize revenue from warm inbound leads
- Provide consultative product recommendations based on customer needs, based on type, goals, and budget
- Identify reoccurring customer pain points and recommend process improvements (Github)
- Maintain strong response time, resolution, and sales KPIs
- Accurately interpret and apply company policy on warranties and returns
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously (CRM, order-management, shipping platforms)
- Maintain accurate documentation and note records
- De-escalate sensitive situations while maintaining brand professionalism

Required qualifications
- Four-plus years experience in phone-based sales or consultative selling
- Bachelor's degree
- Must type 50+ words per minute
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 PLUS commissions
