We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our team. This position is a 1099'd position inside of our organization, 100% commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and determining the appropriate loan terms and conditions. The Loan Officer will also be responsible for providing guidance to customers on loan repayment options, as well as staying up to date on changes in the financial industry. We are looking for a professional who is organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial information to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Evaluate loan applications and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide guidance to customers on loan products and services.
- Conduct credit checks and verify income sources.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.
- Process loan applications and provide customer service support.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
