We are hiring full time year round lawn care technicians to service the area.
We are committed to providing the best service to our customers while maintaining a safe environment for our employees. We are not a seasonal company! During our off season, employees work full time with a five day work. The pay for this position averages $19-$24 per hour.

Lawn Care Specialist / Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 20 or older to apply
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to undergo a background check
- Previous lawn care/landscaping experience is a plus!
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
Lawn Care Specialist / Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Follow a pre-determined route to market in neighborhoods that contain existing customers
- Knock on doors to increase contacts during off season
- Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
- Obtain leads from neighbors and speak with potential clients
- Perform lawn care services such as applying fertilization and weed control
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes
- Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
