What you'll do:
- Drive between properties inspecting homes after cleanings
- Handle light fixes — bulbs, batteries, tightening hinges, etc...
- Coordinate with cleaning teams by text
- Flag anything that needs a real large repair (we call the pros for that)
- Occasionally respond to after-hours issues — paid extra every time
What you need:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Self-motivated — you'll manage your own day, nobody hovering
- Comfortable with a smartphone
Pay:
