What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Brand Awareness (Pre-Opening Focus):
- Act as the face of Dogtopia – Generate excitement and awareness in the local community. Build a pre-opening waitlist – Drive early sign-ups for Meet & Greets and memberships before launch.
- Engage with local businesses & community organizations – Form strategic partnerships within the community to generate leads.
- Attend & host local events – Represent Dogtopia at pet expos, farmers markets, and networking events to drive awareness of Dogtopia.
- Execute grassroots marketing campaigns – Distribute promotional materials and leverage guerrilla marketing tactics.
- Grow brand awareness on social media – Promote Dogtopia through engaging content, giveaways, and collaborations.
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Convert leads into scheduled Meet & Greets – Proactively follow up with inquiries and interested pet parents.
- Drive early enrollments – Pre-sell enrollment packages ahead of opening to secure long term customers.
- Showcase Dogtopia’s benefits – Communicate why Dogtopia is the best daycare choice for their pup.
- Create a referral program – Encourage parents and local businesses to spread the word.
Customer Engagement & Retention (Post -Opening Focus):
- Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community – Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives.
- Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value – Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services.
- Train the front desk team – Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service.
- Follow up & build loyalty – Communicate consistently with pet parents, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing the value of Dogtopia enrollments.

- Prior to our grand opening, you will lead efforts to pre-sell memberships and build a pre-opening waitlist from scratch. What experience do you have with pre-launch campaigns, startup environments, or building a brand-new customer pipeline from the ground up?
