Summary:
The Realtor Assistant provides administrative, marketing, and transaction support to real estate agents, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Schedule appointments, showings, inspections, and meetings.
Maintain calendars and coordinate daily activities.
Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Manage client databases and update contact information.
Transaction Coordination
Assist with listing and sales transactions from contract to closing.
Monitor deadlines and contingency dates.
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and escrow officers.
Ensure all required documents are completed and filed accurately.
Track transaction progress and communicate updates to clients.
Marketing & Listings
Create and manage property listings in the MLS.
Coordinate professional photography, virtual tours, and signage.
Prepare marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
Update websites and online marketing platforms.
Assist with open houses and special events.
Client Relations
Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers.
Follow up with leads and maintain client communication.
Assist in preparing listing presentations and buyer packets.
Help ensure a positive client experience throughout the transaction.
Qualifications
Real estate experience preferred.
Knowledge of MLS systems and real estate contracts.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Washington State Real Estate License preferred but not required.
