Position Overview
This floating pharmacist will oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations while playing an active role in patient care, provider collaboration, and business growth. Unlike traditional retail roles, you’ll have the time and autonomy to counsel patients, problem-solve complex cases, and help shape new services.
This is a salaried position, typically 40–45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Prescription dispensing and final verification
- Patient counseling and education
- Oversight of pharmacy workflow and staff
- Inventory and supply management
- Insurance adjudication and problem resolution
- Provider outreach and relationship development
- Participation in business development and community marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or community pharmacy experience
- Strong operational judgment and ability to manage workflow
- A patient-first mindset—relationships matter here
- Willingness to engage in outreach, marketing, or service expansion (e.g., immunizations, PrEP/PEP, compounding, specialty programs)
Ideal Candidates May Also Be:
- Interested in pharmacy ownership or leadership
- Passionate about community health and access to care
- Drawn to specialty pharmacy and underserved disease states
Education & Licensure
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program
- Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
