Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and individualize therapy to meet caseload needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students in TK-8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student support
- Engage with teachers and school staff to promote communication strategies within the classroom
