We are seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our Chicago locations. This individual will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, and ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including garment intake, cleaning, finishing, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of associates to achieve store performance goals.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring service standards and resolving customer issues.
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll submissions for store employees.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, packaging, and store equipment; coordinate vendor orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety procedures, and cleanliness.
- Track sales, labor costs, and store performance metrics; report results to ownership.
- Drive initiatives to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, operations, or restaurant/store management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic reporting tools.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
