Welder Helper – 2nd Shift
Location: Decatur, AL
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Welder Helper, you'll support our welding team by:
- Assisting welders with the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal products and equipment.
- Preparing welding materials, tools, and equipment before each job.
- Cleaning and maintaining welding equipment and keeping the work area organized and safe.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with the layout, fitting, and assembly of metal components.
- Handling and moving materials as needed.
- Following all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Lead Welder.

Physical Requirements
This position requires applicants to:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
