Full Time, Days, M-F, 13 week contract with option to extend
Housing is available directly across the street from the facility for $500/month. Fully furnished, all utilities including WIFI is included.

Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.
Achieve individual targets using data-driven pipelines to forecast patient outcomes.
Document treatment sessions accurately for compliance and performance visibility.
Collaborate with the care team to align on goals and optimize patient care.
Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue relevant certifications.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Support on-site scheduling and optimize patient flow to maximize utilization.
Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to team targets.
Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment; ensure safe, compliant practice environment.
Promote a growth-minded culture by sharing best practices and mentoring peers.
