We are currently looking for an upbeat and compassionate chiropractic patient coordinator/assistant to join our office. We are locally owned and operated.
We seek someone who is interested in providing the best care for our patients in addition to having fun and enjoying every day on the job. If you like connecting with patients, learning new and upcoming holistic therapies, and being home during the evenings and weekends then this is the position for you.
Previous experience in understanding the body is a bonus but not necessary. You will have the ability to learn every day at this clinic!
Job duties include
- Scheduling patients.
- Answering phones.
- Billing and managing reports/charts.
- Check vitals and scribing during exams.
- Have a thorough understanding in performing all therapies utilized in the office (will be taught).
- Keep therapy and rehab equipment clean and orderly.
- Give the patients confidence that they are in good hands
Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8:45am - 6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:45am - 12:00 pm,
Competitive hourly pay based off experience .
