The best candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Skilled Auto Technician: diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc., while also performing MPI’s
· Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders
· Test drive vehicles, test components and systems, utilization of diagnostic tools and special service equipment
· Partner with Service Advisors and Service Manager to inform customers of any additional services needed
· Fairness and straightforwardness in all decisions and actions
· Behaving in a reasonable way that results in good decisions
· Open to training and leading the technology edge
· Relentless Integrity to fix it right the first time
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of Service Technician experience required
· Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures/specifications
· Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
· Ability to work as a team with all team members across the dealership
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
