Our client is looking for a Facility Technician to support its manufacturing operations for military communication systems. As a leading producer of engineering products for defense, this company values technical skill, safety, and a hands-on approach to maintaining complex machinery in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing machines, performing routine maintenance, and supporting general building repairs. Your day-to-day tasks include utilizing power tools, verifying utilities, following established procedures, and collaborating with skilled tradespeople to ensure manufacturing equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
If you have experience with maintenance mechanics, machine troubleshooting, and equipment support, this opportunity is ideal for you. You’ll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment dedicated to supporting our military personnel, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience performing maintenance on manufacturing machines or relevant work
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and utilize power/hand tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures, utilities verification, and preventative maintenance
