Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printers and digital printing equipment to produce high-quality photo prints according to client specifications.
- Interpret production documents accurately, including layout designs and prepress instructions, to ensure precise execution.
- Manage color calibration and color management processes to maintain consistency across all printed materials.
- Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on printing and finishing machinery to optimize performance.
- Cut, bind, and assemble printed materials using appropriate tools and techniques such as paper binding and cutting machines.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print quality or machine operation.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and prepress software to prepare files for printing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with large-format printers, digital printing, and industrial equipment adjustment.
- Strong knowledge of color management principles and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate press machinery including flexo presses and screen printing equipment.
- Familiarity with print advertising standards, layout design, typography, and prepress processes.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to quality control.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or print production environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
