We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Property Appraiser to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating and estimating the market value of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. This role involves conducting field inspections, analyzing property data, reviewing legal and public records, and preparing detailed appraisal reports to support taxation, sales, and development decisions.
Job Minimum Requirements:
Must have completed at least two years of college or technical school training in a business or appraisal related field. Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License. Must attend and pass required training courses and pass the Georgia Department of Revenue Appraiser I exam within one year of employment. Must be computer literate and be skilled in both written and oral communications. Must possess the ability to perform technical work in the appraisal of real property and related work.
Salary: Based upon education and experience.
