Current, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Previous experience as a Wellness Director in an assisted living setting is preferred but not required
Prior nursing leadership and staff management experience required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with PointClickCare electronic medical records preferred
Ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing clinical teams
As the Wellness Director, you will:
Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the community
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
Maintain the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing team members
Partner with the Administrator to manage departmental budgets and staffing
Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Promote a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the community
Perform additional leadership responsibilities as assigned
