Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic (Kailua, Oahu)
We are a small, established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Kailua, Oahu, with over 20 years of experience serving the community. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who enjoys one-on-one care and values a more independent, patient-centered approach than traditional high-volume clinics.
Our practice focuses on active adults and post-operative patients, with 45–60 minute visits that allow you to deliver high-quality, individualized care without double-booking or productivity pressure.
This role is ideal for a clinician who:
- Values autonomy in clinical decision-making and daily scheduling
- Is motivated to provide thoughtful, one-on-one orthopedic care
- Enjoys working with active, engaged patients
- Is interested in contributing to and potentially growing with a small practice long-term
