Operations and Franchise Growth Manager
Beignets and Brew ® is a rapidly growing, dynamic QSR Brand seeking to expand our Operations leadership team in the Tampa, Florida area. This position will share responsibility for three main areas of the business, including leading new restaurant openings, directly overseeing the day-to-day performance of the leadership team in the company-owned restaurants, and serving as a seasoned, trusted operational consultant to independent, individual franchise owners. This role, like all our Operations leadership, works cross-functionally in the field to protect the Brand and the franchisee’s business by monitoring that operational standards are being executed to ensure consistency, profitability, Brand integrity, and ultimately to drive healthy system growth.
Daily, this position will be in restaurants providing training and coaching on day-to-day operations for all levels of the team as well as providing support and operational expertise on driving sales, managing profitability, and best business practices for the corporate-owned restaurants. When working with franchise owners, conduct business performance reviews to utilize knowledge of restaurant operations to provide best business practices, business intelligence advice, and overall assistance to franchisee owners/operators to positively impact any aspect of their business. During store openings this position would help manage the store opening timeline including on-site walk-throughs, equipment and facility readiness checks, and working with training timelines in preparation for opening. During opening the role would participate in pre-opening training, validating systems and equipment is properly functioning, serve as one of the on-site leaders during the initial opening day, troubleshooting and coaching the team through the initial opening period.
Required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
