We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Concrete Pump Operator/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience running boom pumps, understands jobsite setup and maintenance, and works well with contractors and finishers. This is a hands-on role that involves driving, setting up, operating, and cleaning the pump truck.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate 38m, 41m, or 47m concrete pump trucks.
- Drive to and from jobsites in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Set up outriggers and equipment properly for safe operation.
- Prime, pump, and clean out lines and hoppers after each job.Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance on assigned truck.
- Communicate clearly with site personnel and dispatch.
- Complete daily logs and inspection reports as required.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B (or A) license.
- Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one prior to starting).
- Concrete pump experience (boom or line pump).
- Must be able to lift hoses and work in outdoor jobsite conditions.
- Safe driving record — MVR will be checked prior to employment.
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work early mornings or long pours as needed.
