The Irish Rover -- a Louisville favorite for 33 years -- is looking for a couple of great line cooks to join our awesome crew. We are a high-volume, scratch kitchen and our basic requirements are experience on a busy line, speed and efficiency, a commitment to quality and a good work ethic. An easy-going personality and sanitation certificate are pluses. We offer a fast paced, but relaxed work environment, and the listed pay range is a starting point. We will RAISE YOU QUICKLY IF you can hang with our team. The PM shift is 4:00-10:00ish, Tuesday - Saturday, but a part-time schedule might be possible.
