General Dentist – Cambridge Dental Center

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join a well-established, growing dental practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while working in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical/dental histories, exams, and diagnostic imaging
- Develop and clearly communicate patient-centered treatment plans
- Perform a full scope of general dentistry procedures, including:
- Restorative treatments
- Extractions
- Root canal therapy (endodontics)
- Prosthodontics
- Minor oral surgery
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Adhere strictly to infection control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with clinical team members in a four-handed dentistry environment to maximize efficiency and patient comfort
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and clinical best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active state dental license (or eligibility)
- Proven experience in a dental practice setting
- Strong proficiency across general dentistry procedures
- Experience with dental software platforms (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic)
- Solid understanding of infection control and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first, empathetic approach
- Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
