Position: RN Evening Supervisor
Location: Hudson County, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: $105,000 annually
Our Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Evening Supervisor to provide strong clinical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse with supervisory experience to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to plan, develop, and oversee daily nursing operations in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Supervise nursing staff to ensure responsibilities are carried out effectively and residents receive exceptional care
Participate in facility surveys and inspections as directed by administration
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of individualized care plans and discharge planning
Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained for optimal patient care
Conduct routine rounds to monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and report findings to leadership
Address and escalate staff concerns, complaints, and grievances appropriately
Welcome and assist new admissions, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition
Accompany physicians during rounds as needed
Oversee medication administration and treatments to ensure compliance with physician orders
Provide direct patient care when necessary
Assist with comprehensive nursing assessments
Support performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active and valid RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care, subacute, or geriatric settings
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
Current CPR certification
