Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent
- Shift Type: Night shift; 3, 12-hour shifts
- Licensed Practical Nurse provides patient care for long-term care and swing-bed residents, including medication assistance, monitoring the patient, and assisting in day-to-day activities
- Must be willing to collaborate with the nursing team about support care plans.
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
- BLS certification required upon hire
- A licensed practical nurse must have a non-restricted license
- Experience in long-term or swing beds
