Immediate Opening for Operations Associate – 2026
Wanting to get your foot in the door with local food and local farming? The Kansas City Food Hub is immediately looking for a part-time, Operations Associate to distribute our wholesale orders, pack custom retail boxes, aggregate local produce and more. Our Operations Associates focus on maintaining quality, excellent customer service and providing a farm-to-table experience for customers.
The Kansas City Food Hub is a farmer-owned, farmer-run cooperative of 40+ small and medium-sized family and non-profit farms aggregating produce, dairy, meat and value-added goods to meet the demands of Kansas City’s local food scene. We move and sell local produce to various customers including schools, restaurants, corporate cafeterias, grocery stores, and non-profit entities. The Kansas City Food Hub improves the economic viability of sustainable local agriculture by coordinating year-round production, supporting emerging and immigrant growers, and by bringing farmers and eaters together.
