Community Services Agency is seeking an Employment Specialist to help individuals and families overcome barriers, build skills, and achieve greater self-sufficiency through employment. While experience in workforce development, employment services, or case management is helpful, we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates compassion, strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to serving others. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University with a major in Social Work, Human Resources, or related field and two years related work experience, or the equivalent of extensive direct experience working with individuals.
