### Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements
- Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding techniques such as stick welding
- Perform plasma cutting, soldering, and other metalworking tasks as needed
- Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct inspections of completed work to identify any defects or issues
- Collaborate with team members to plan and prioritize fabrication projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
### Skills:
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including stick welding
- Experience with plasma cutting, soldering, and assembly of metal components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Strong mathematical skills for performing basic calculations related to fabrication
- Knowledge of crane operation for lifting heavy materials or equipment
